It is rare that goods need to be returned to Axeze for repairs, but if they do, we're ready to help.

Simply return the goods to: PO Box 387 Hindmarsh, SA, 5007, along with your customer information and details of the fault using the Axeze Repair Request form. Please allow up to 10 days for goods that are sent to Axeze for repairs and upgrades.

We promise that we will do everything in our power to return repairs and upgrades within 24 hours.
