Our website has a vast amount of technical notes, drawings and the like with for our customers and installers. This is available to all our customers 24x7.

In most cases, you will find the solution to your problem under support on this website. If you do not find the solution within the pages of the website, it could be an issue that our expert Technical Support Team would be able to help you with.

You can call our Technical Support Team on 61-8-83408200, five days from 9am-6pm (ACST).

The service will be charged per minute at $250 per hour(ex GST) if you have not done our Axeze Training Course;      or

The service will be charged per minute at $150 per hour if you have done our Axeze Training Course. 

The service fee will be charged in increments of 15 minutes.
